“Resort 2” – commenced in October 2000 as the brainchild of directors JEFF BELL & BRAD RUSSELL. After years of planning our dream we have established and continue to develop a brand that is renowned for its high level customer service, professional friendly approach, a creative flair, dynamic and enjoyable team environment.
Our team has the determination to succeed and most importantly the ability to listen to both our internal and external customers.
Why “Resort 2”
The name carries a positive, proactive and progressive connotation through opportunity and achievement. Since we established the first of Resort 2’s many business ventures; The Resort 2 – 'Tourism Collection” Resort 2 has developed into a successful sales and marketing business in the Tourism industry. A cost effective avenue for Tourism products to invest in their sales and marketing activities by utilizing the services of the Resort 2 team's ability to get the most out of every dollar along with the determination and passion to succeed.
Independent product and services have seen the cost effective value and benefits of uniting together through in a collective marketing approach represented by Resort 2.
We are only limited by our imagination and ability to introduce and develop the brand successfully into other business ventures as the principals behind marketing are similar.

Jeff Bell Owner and Director (Queensland based)
Jeff is a dynamic and inspiring leader who was born and bred on the Gold Coast. He has held positions with a number of prominent Tourism and Hospitality businesses on the Gold Coast, Cairns, Brisbane and Melbourne including Tourism Queensland, Gold Coast Tourism and Daikyo Hotels and Resorts. Jeff has particular strengths and experience in the Australian market along with Business Tourism and Online marketing. He has a professional, creative and friendly approach with a “can do” attitude and the ability to think outside the square. Jeff successfully completed a Diploma of Business Management in 2005
Brad Russell Owner and Director (Queensland based)
Brad is well recognized by the travel industry in Australia, New Zealand & Asia working in key positions for Strand Resorts, PI Hotels & Hoteliers International. With an outstanding sales and marketing background combined with extensive hotel management experience he offers a wealth of “hands on” knowledge of the hotel industry including hotel profitability and ways to implement sales and marketing initiatives which will lead to higher occupancy & business growth.
Helen McAuliffe Manager - Sales & Marketing (Victorian based)
Helen joins the Resort 2 team with nearly 20 years of industry experience in wholesale and retail, including reservations, tour leading, and product development, marketing and sales. She has held positions with organisations including Peregrine and more recently Abercrombie & Kent, and has since lived and worked in Vietnam for over 2 years, bringing an incredible amount of passion for the region to her role. Melbourne based, her focus is on sales and business development in Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia.
Claudia Wolf Manager – Business Development (New South Wales based)
Claudia’s career in travel started 27 years ago with the last 22 years of those being focused on the wholesale side of the industry. She has been largely involved in a sales and business development capacity with companies such as Adventure World, Classic Oriental and most recently Travel Indochina- whom Claudia worked for 10 years! Claudia brings enthusiasm and extensive industry knowledge will allow her to development business opportunities via the Travel Trade.
